Malaria is a serious disease: contamination can lead to death, so mosquito nets are of vital importance!
In the villages where ASAP spread mosquito nets, a 75% decrease in acute cases of malaria has been recorded.
However, the mosquito net project not only has a positive effect on health; a nice side effect is that the villagers with mosquito nets sleep peacefully and well for the first time in years. They are no longer bothered by the mosquitoes.<\/p>\n
With a donation of 5 euros, you ensure that a family can sleep safely and protected under a Deet-impregnated mosquito net. Women pay a personal contribution of 1.50 themselves.<\/p>\n
